First and foremost, it should be stated that Skyrim is one of the most expansive PC games ever released. Of course, Skyrim is not perfect. If the Elder Scrolls were a casino game, it would seem that they are rigged so that the bugs will always win. There are all of the usual hilarious Elder Scrolls bugs in place, coupled with a quite a few that are actually crippling. It is always wise to save often, as you never know when they will crop up. The Guild missions are nowhere near as memorable in this game as they were in its predecessor, and the Dark Brotherhood storyline in particular is a pale shadow of Oblivion’s breakout hit.

Skyrim is certainly worth buying, even if it is buggy. It can provide you with a great deal of entertainment, and it seems to be growing with the release of the modding tools. The future looks bright for this game.
